We had a great experience with Floors Kitchen and Bath Direct. From the first call to the final walk‑through they were extremely responsive, reliable and always communicated clearly about the schedule. The crew arrived on time every day, paid close attention to detail, and kept the work area tidy. Their professionalism made our kitchen remodeling project smooth and stress‑free, especially since we were in the middle of moving to VA from out of state. Rafi oversaw the entire job and was extremely responsive and receptive, especially with our change orders. Chris (plumber) worked tirelessly in our basement ensuring the plumbing for the gas line was installed to code and ultimately passed county inspection. While waiting for the gas to be installed, Rafi loaned us an electric stove to use. ~ Stephanie C

5 stars – I was extremely impressed with Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. Their craftsmen were all exceptional (and I am usually a little hard to please). Everyone communicated clearly at every step, and they were always friendly and professional. They showed up on time, completed the work on schedule and took special care to clean-up everyday. It took me months to make all the final decisions. The good advice, patience and understanding throughout the whole process is what I appreciated the most. I absolutely love my small primary bath renovation. Even better that I hoped! The quality of work produced by the team at Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct impressed me. We had four of our bathroom renovated and are very happy with the results! What stood out the most was Rafi’s flexibility and communication. Overall they kept everything very clean and even offered cleaning service after all the renovation was complete. Anytime we had a concern or needed to make a change, they listened and addressed it. While there were a few detail-related slip-ups along the way, they were quick to correct them immediately once brought to their attention, which we really appreciated. I had heard nothing but great reviews from my clients that used Floors, Kitchen & Bath Direct... so when it came time to update the bathrooms in my own home, I gave them a call. I was impressed with the easy design process, their organization and the quality of work. In just 2 weeks they completely remodeled 2 bathrooms along with some other smaller items that needed attention. They were done from start to finish quicker than expected and I was also impressed with their reasonable pricing. Very thankful we found them, they came highly recommend and I agree! We had an exceptional experience with Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. Rafi and Susan were both extremely responsive, professional and generous with their time and advice. Not only did FKBD completely remodel one of our bathrooms (with a beautiful new walk-in shower), they patiently worked with us to partially remodel a second bathroom and then refurbished our deck, fixed some dripping A/C ducts over our kitchen ceiling and then even patched up some drywall where some rodents had been entering. We were very happy with how things turned out. With Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct, you get a reasonably priced, "one-stop shop" without sacrificing for quality on the structural and finish work. 10/10 would recommend FKBD - on time, on budget, and exceeded expectations! We needed a contractor to convert our basement into an in-law suite, so we partnered with FKBD to: -replace carpet with wood -install a kitchenette (incl. plumbing and electrical) -repaint -install recessed lighting -add safety bars in bathroom The process: Rafi and Susan were very helpful - they worked with us to go over 11 different versions of the kitchen layout. Because they're direct to manufacturer, they put us in contact with each contractor (stone yard, flooring, etc...) and we were able to pick everything out ourselves and give them the SKU number. The result: They completed all the work in 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier!! ~ Michael C

We recently hired Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct to update three bathrooms and a kitchen. And we couldn't be more pleased. We are happy with the results, the people who did the work, the way the project unfolded and our dealings with Rafi and Susan. We didn't have much experience with major home renovations and very much appreciated their guidance as we made the myriad decisions that go into a renovation of any size. They were patient, provided many thoughtful options, and really worked to make sure that details both large and small were executed, and within budget. Throughout the process things were uncovered that needed adjustment and they listened to our concerns and rectified each issue to our satisfaction. My grandmothers original floor from the 80s needed to be replaced due to water damage (which the root cause was also addressed and fixed by Rafael and his team)- he brought us some floor samples to see what would look best and boy was he spot on with his recommendation! It works perfectly with the various colors in her home. FKB also installed new carpet on the second floor- the turn around time was quick and the crew was considerate, clean and professional. It’s also very important to note that the FKB team were transparent, honest and unlike a lot of contractor horror stories- showed up. I highly recommend! Will stick with FKB for upcoming projects! With 100% certainty I recommend Floors Kitchen & Bath Direct. Not only were they eager to answer any questions I had at the beginning of our project, but their quickness, kindness, and overall excellent work was absolutely top notch. I can’t thank the company enough for their work with us and I would definitely work with them again if the need came up. The project itself lasted five days and included demoing the original shower floor and wall tiles. Once that part was done they installed the shower floor and wall tiles we selected and would ask us questions about anything they were curious about (whether we wanted the wall tiles to be vertical/horizontal, did we want them staggered, what color grout, etc). The fellas that performed the demo and install showed up early each day and were as respectful as can possibly me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ~ Christopher B

This was our first remodeling project using a contractor, and Rafi and his team (Susan, Juan and Ishmael) were terrific to work with! We couldn't be more pleased with the entire process and absolutely love the completed bathroom - we feel like we're at a first-class resort! From day one, Rafi and Susan were very professional, answered our questions promptly, and the timeline/workflow was spot-on. When we mentioned that we planned to replace the carpet after the bathroom was finished, Rafi recommended a "carpet guy" - so we also got beautiful new carpeting installed within the original timeline, and for a great price! Juan and Ishmael did the hands-on work. They arrived promptly every morning and did a superb job - tearing out the old bathroom, installing the new tub/shower/tile floor/vanity, etc - and best of all, they cleaned up after themselves - every day! I hired Floors Kitchen and Bath Direct to redo my kitchen. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. They got rid of the ugly bulkhead, separated the range from the wall, and installed 42” cabinets and quartz countertops. They also did some work for me in the bathroom repairing the tile that another contractor had messed up. It came out perfect. Work done: Total renovation of bathroom in apt., including removing and replacing the tub with a shower. This included rebuilding a wall with new blocks, installation of tiles in wall, all new cabinet and fixtures.
